When people are new to the spiritual world and lifestyle it is very important they become familiar with meditation and add it to their routine. Meditation not only helps with our intuition and looking into ourselves but can also significantly help with our physical health. It encourages a positive healthy lifestyle, helps to improve concentration, reduces stress levels, increases energy(Physically and Spiritually), helps to promote well-being, helps to slow down the aging process and has positive effects on immune and cardiovascular health. It is also good for just general relaxation and some people like to meditate when they get in bed at night to help them fall asleep and give them a more peaceful sleep. There are also many different types of meditation and depending on your needs and experience level that can determine what type of meditation you should practice. Just to name a few, meditation types can range from mindfulness, spiritual, focused, movement, transcendental, mantra, movement, chanting, walking, tai chi, heart rhythm, Qi Gong, Zazen, Kundalini, focused visualization and more so do some research and see which is best fit for your current goals. Once you know which type of meditation you want to do then decide on what you’re going to focus in on: Well-being, Financial Abundance, Relationships, Healing, etc. You can focus in on anything that want just make sure that you FOCUS IN ON WHAT YOU WANT not on what you don’t want.
